CMK Properties Hosts Williamson Medical Center Topping Off Ceremony

BRENTWOOD, Tenn. – CMK Properties is excited to announce that the Williamson Medical Center Building, located in Spring Hill, TN, topping off ceremony took place on December 29th, 2022. This event marked the completion of the third and final floor of the building. 

The medical center will provide quality and compassionate healthcare services to the surrounding area through advanced technology and experienced medical staff. 

Construction of this 36,000 square foot building is projected to conclude in July. Williamson Medical Center will occupy the first two floors and their space is projected to be completed in September. The top floor is currently for lease to other complementary healthcare providers. This project is a co-development between CMK Properties and Warhorse Venture Partners.
