CMK Properties Announces New Tractor Supply Company Development in Missouri

Warrensburg, MO – CMK Properties is proud to announce the turn-key development of a new Tractor Supply Company building in Warrensburg, Missouri. This project marks the real estate investment firm’s fifth partnership with Tractor Supply Company, the largest rural lifestyle retailer in the United States, operating over 2,000 stores in 49 states.

Construction of the 21,930 square foot facility will begin on June 17, 2024, with an anticipated site opening in spring 2025.
