Huntsville Welcomes The Learning Zone Preschool, Addressing City’s Growing Demand for Quality Childcare

Huntsville, AL — CMK Properties is pleased to announce the grand opening of their most recent development, The Learning Zone (TLZ) at 2615 Old Fairway Rd. NW, Huntsville, AL 35806. The ribbon-cutting ceremony took place on May 10, and the building officially opened its doors to students on May 13. The new 13,404 square foot facility will provide award-winning education and care to families with children from six weeks to five years old. 

With its rapid growth, Huntsville is set to become Alabama’s largest city by 2025. Evolving demographics, including a rise in households with dual full-time working parents, are driving a pressing need for high-quality childcare options. CMK Properties is proud to respond to this need by introducing this first of six planned facilities for The Learning Zone, ensuring that families have access to excellent childcare services in their expanding community.

The Learning Zone, the 29th largest childcare operator in the nation, is known for its research-based curriculum and family-oriented approach, setting the standard for excellence in early childhood education. In addition to the innovative STEAM curriculum, TLZ offers unique programs such as Seed-To-Table and Kindergarten Zone. The Seed-To-Table program, including the Grow Zone garden, educates children about fresh foods and gardening, making food education fun and engaging. The Kindergarten Zone ensures students are well-prepared for their next educational step, focusing on kindergarten readiness.
