CMK Breaks Ground On Texas Office Development

CMK Properties (Brentwood, TN) announced that it has completed the Woodforest Healthcare Investments, LLC offering. It has also broken ground on a three-phase 100,000 square foot professional and medical office development in Woodforest, TX, in Montgomery County.

CMK Properties, along with Texas-based partners Sterling Ridge Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine (SROSM), Browne McGregor (Architects), J Beard Company (Leasing) and ARCH-CON (General Contractor) have broken ground on phase one of the three phases.

Phase one, which will consist of a two-story, 50,481-square-foot medical office building is situated on four acres and is slated to be completed by the fall of this year. Sterling Ridge Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine is the anchor tenant and has committed to 11,840 SF on the first floor. Other key tenants will include Alliance MRI and Texas Regional Urology. CMK Properties is also in the late stages of leasing space to a primary care group and an ambulatory surgery center.

Phase two, Woodforest Plaza II, will consist of a 10,000 square foot build-to-suit space situated on approximately one acre.

Phase three, Woodforest Plaza III, will consist of a 42,000 square foot professional office and medical space situated on three acres.
