Rob Foss Joins CMK Properties as Head of Site Selection and Tenant Relations

Brentwood, TN – CMK Properties is proud to announce the appointment of Rob Foss as the newest addition to their team, spearheading the firm’s site selection and tenant relationships as the Business Development Manager.

Rob Foss brings over three decades of retail real estate experience to CMK Properties. His career began in his hometown of New Orleans before he relocated to Nashville. In Nashville, he facilitated numerous transactions across retail, entertainment, and mixed-use projects throughout the Southeast for a variety of national and regional brands. His portfolio includes managing millions of square feet of shopping centers, with recent focus on select accounts and single-tenant development ventures.

Rob holds a BA in Finance from the University of Tennessee, where he also studied architecture. He served as the ICSC Tennessee State Director from 2018 to 2020, leading regional conventions in downtown Nashville.

Additionally, he will refine our site evaluation process for new developments while also expanding CMK’s top-tier network of tenants.
