Meet the New Chief Operating Officer of CMK Properties 

Nashville, TN– CMK Properties is pleased to announce the promotion of Kim McAfee to Chief Operating Officer.

Kim has been an integral part of the CMK Properties team since December 2020. Kim started his career in Commercial Real Estate finance in 2005 and has gained extensive experience in underwriting, due diligence, and portfolio management across various property types.

As the new COO, Kim will play a pivotal role in steering the business towards sustained success. His leadership will guide operations to new levels of efficiency, ensuring that CMK Properties remains at the forefront of real estate investment.
