CMK, Texas Health Resources Sign 5,794 sq. ft. Lease

Hurst, TX – CMK Properties announced it has completed a 5,794 sq. ft. key lease for Texas Health Resources at 809 W Harwood Road (suite 301) in Hurst, TX. Texas Health Resources is one of the largest and strongest health systems in the state of Texas with 29 hospitals and more than 350 facilities across the state. This lease adds an investment grade tenant and new anchor tenant to the property.
