CMK Acquires Another Site For The Learning Zone Child Care Center

Brentwood, Tenn. – CMK Properties acquires another site to complete a build to suit project for The Learning Zone’s newest child care center on Nolensville Pike across from Lenox Village.

The early childhood education center will be approximately 15,600 square feet in size.

Nashville-based KSA Architects is designing the structure and Franklin-based Rock City Construction will serve as the general contractor for the project.
