Rob Foss oversees CMK’s site selection and tenant relationships. With over thirty years of experience in retail real estate, predominantly as a landlord/development broker, Rob commenced his career in his hometown of New Orleans. Later relocating to Nashville, he facilitated countless transactions across retail, entertainment, and mixed-use projects throughout the southeast for multiple national and regional brands, representing investors ranging from institutional entities to family offices. Rob has managed millions of square feet of shopping centers, and he most recently has focused on select accounts and single-tenant development ventures.
Rob holds a BA in Finance from the University of Tennessee, where he also studied architecture. He served as the ICSC Tennessee State Director from 2018 to 2020, leading regional conventions in downtown Nashville. Rob and his wife have raised their three children in Franklin.
