Tyler Vielguth
Controller
Tyler Vielguth is responsible for the accounting and asset management across CMK’s investments. He began his career in public accounting followed by roles in healthcare accounting before transitioning ultimately to real estate. Previously, Tyler oversaw all accounting and property management for a mid-size family office as well as led all accounting efforts for a luxury vacation community developer. This year he is sitting for his CMA (Certified Management Accountant) certification. With a degree in Entrepreneurship from Grove City College, Tyler is passionate about helping companies to grow and innovate. Originally from the New York City metro area, he moved to Nashville in 2014 to be part of the 2nd class of the Nashville Fellows, a top-tier leadership development program. In his free time,
Tyler enjoys hunting, reading, and spending time with his wife and two young children.
