John Hopfensperger is the founder and President of CMK Properties, LLC. John is responsible for leading the overall strategy and operations of CMK Properties. He has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real-estate industry. John received his commercial real estate license in 1998 and General Contracting license in 2000. John concentrates his efforts on property acquisition, development, and property disposition. He has developed in excess of $200,000,000 of real estate.
He is an active tri-athlete, two-time Ironman finisher, serves on two advisory boards and in various not-for-profit capacities.
