Will Polisky to Manage CMK's Real Estate Development Division

CMK Properties today announced that it has added Will Polisky to its team to manage CMK’s Real Estate Development division.

Polisky started his career as a project manager with a general contractor building strip centers and free-standing retail buildings. He has worked as a project manager for CVS for over six years and most recently with Tractor Supply Company for over 18 years, opening more than 600 locations.

“Will is a great addition to our growing team,” said John Hopfensperger, CMK President and CEO. “His expertise in project management is precisely what will take our real estate development division to the next level.”

Polisky earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University. He, his wife Joelle and their three children enjoy vacationing at the beach.
