Nashville, TN — CMK Properties is happy to introduce the newest addition to the team, Tyler Vielguth, who joins us as the Controller, responsible for overseeing accounting and asset management across CMK’s investments.

Tyler brings a wealth of experience to our team, having begun his career in public accounting before transitioning to roles in healthcare accounting. Prior to joining CMK Properties, he successfully managed accounting and property operations for a mid-size family office and led all accounting efforts for a luxury vacation community developer.

Tyler graduated from Grove City College, with a degree in Entrepreneurship and is currently pursuing his CMA (Certified Management Accountant) certification. Originally from the New York City metro area, Tyler relocated to Nashville in 2014 to participate in the 2nd class of Nashville Fellows, a top-tier leadership development program.

Outside of work, Tyler enjoys hunting, reading, and spending time with his wife and two young children.

Please join us in extending a warm welcome to Tyler as he starts this exciting new chapter with CMK Properties.
