Drew Perryman to Serve as CMK's Investment Analyst

CMK Properties today announced that it has added Drew Perryman to its team to serve as CMK’s Investment Analyst. In this role, Drew works directly with the finance and asset management departments to execute the investment strategy on all assets.

Prior to joining CMK, Drew spent 12 years working for the State of Tennessee where he created financial forecast models, managed financial reporting and assisted with budget tracking and management for the Department of Commerce and Insurance.

Drew is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Martin where he earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Finance & Economics. Drew, his wife Erin and their two sons Charlie and Henry enjoy spending time with family and playing outdoors.
