CMK Properties Welcomes Luke Curfman as New VP of Finance & Asset Management

CMK Properties is pleased to announce the appointment of Luke Curfman as Vice President of Finance & Asset Management, bringing over 14 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

Luke earned his degree in Economics and Finance from Union University in Jackson, Tennessee, and began his career in Commercial Real Estate lending where he established a strong foundation in real estate finance. Before joining CMK Properties, Luke managed a real estate portfolio of retail, office, and multifamily properties for a prominent family office.

In his new role, Luke will be an integral part of CMK’s investment team and will help drive growth across key projects including the company’s Single Tenant Net Lease (STNL) developments.

Outside of the office, Luke enjoys traveling to historically and culturally rich places and enjoys hiking national parks with his wife and one year old son.
