Ladysmith, Wisconsin– CMK Properties announces the successful acquisition of a 3.15 acre lot, which includes a 40,600 square-foot building in the town of Ladysmith, Wisconsin.

Over the next three months, CMK Properties will make renovations to prepare the site for Tractor Supply Company’s upcoming operations.
