CMK developed and executed an acquisition & disposition strategy acquiring brand new Dollar General stores in outstanding, densely populated, high traffic locations throughout the midwest & southeast. The successful execution resulted in building the premier portfolio of DG’s in the country and ultimately exiting via a portfolio sale of thirty six properties to a R.E.I.T. in 2022, which produced outstanding investor returns.
